Today Tonight showed a wonderful insight to the caring young mothers who are having “one for the country” as Mr Costello suggested back in the 2004 budget.
We are of course referring to mothers as young as 14, who are not actually doing their bit for the country, but rather for the $3000 cash in hand they get for spitting one out.
Well done Mr Cosetello you stupid git. What the hell did you think was going to happen? There were no restrictions placed on this “Baby Bonus” whatsoever.
What normal person in their right mind is going to go $3000? Oh that will pay for 18 years of childrearing. Yes it will help to get established, but those who would raise healthy intelligent kids are busy working and aren’t going to drop it all to have a kid for $3K. The only people who are able to take advantage of this stupid idea are the ferals who have nothing better to do anyway. So now not only are they nangas, but they now have the added incentive to become breeders.
Of course there is the added benefit that because these breeders are starting so young, that the chance that they will even bother to get a job is slim, and so not only do our taxes pay for the baby bonus, but also the upbringing of the child for the next 18 years. Oh and the kid was brought up on benefits in government housing, so is used to the ‘lifestyle’, and ‘income’ so there is, as always, a rather good chance that we will probably pay for this new nanga for their entire life.
Not only are breeders breeding breeders, but the government is encouraging it and making these nangas sound like heros by ‘having one for the country’.
